Delete your uptrend.today account
How to delete your account and data, with or without the app installed, and what we keep afterwards.
You can delete your uptrend.today account and all associated data at any time. The app is published by Uptrendsoft AI Labs LLP.
1. In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
2. Without the app
Email contact@uptrendsoft.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete your account within 7 days.
3. What we delete
Your account, profile, goals, milestones, tasks, routines, notes, stats, health data, chat history, memories, connected calendar and mail accounts, and push notification tokens. We also remove your analytics profile.
4. What we keep
Records of subscription purchases, which we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes for up to 8 years. These contain no content from your account.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there; deleting your account doesn't cancel them.
